Trained in a large London hotel under the guidance of three master patissiers from the Dorchester Hotel, I have spent 30 years perfecting my skills as a Master Patissier and Chocolatier. I opened my first chocolatier shop in Henley-on-Thames in 1999 with a clear vision of what I wanted to achieve. Our customers were able to watch me ‘theatre style’ tempering and designing the Belgian chocolate and exquisite cakes that were supplied to the trade as well as passing customers!
The ‘Chocolate Theatre’ was born.
Two years later I opened the Chocolate Theatre Café Bar, Windsor, realising my dream of having my own patisserie; a show piece where I could indulge in my passion; creating new textures, flavours, taste combinations and evolving ideas every day!
All our hot chocolate is made with the same real chocolate that we use in our cakes!
